Victory 808

An 808 progression consisting of at least three rapidly ascending notes. Coined by producer Steez Tha 808 Gawd, for sounding like an in-game achievement sound, or like victory over a special boss level character. It doesn’t refer to the tone or frequency of the 808, but the progression itself.

Nate - “That was a nasty ass 808 pattern. Tf was that?”

Chris - “That’s that victory 808. Shit goes crazy every time.”
