when an smart witted individual becomes so overwhelmed by the fact that the majority of society are extremely naive and inane that they keel over and anguish in despair.

I consider myself to be an intellectually depressed individual.

after that truck full of herb got baited, half the town fell into a chronic depression

Happy Depression

LOL it doesn't sound like tis possible does it? Well it's basically when you spend all day doing something SO awesome (usually with someone you have feelings for) that the next day when you go back to your normal life, you feel sad that every day can't be like that amazing day. The reason it's happy is because nothing "bad" happened. Something good happened that you wish would happen more often. It wears off within a few days or so, and is nothing that will last. What will last is your increased feelings toward the your "crush" so to speak.

Guy: Dude, how was yesterday with (insert lover's name here)?

Other Guy: It was amazing! I wish that everyday could be as amazing as yesterday. I've got bad case of Happy Depression.

Guy: Sucks man

Other Guy: IKR

When you love the boys so much that you cry day and night, it also ruins your mental health and you get into kpop depression

Eg: I love baekhyun so much, he is the cutest fluff baby I have ever seen. I cry day and night I think I have kpop depression

Eg: San is so beautiful he gives me kpop depression I am crying I love him so much

Stozier depression

Stozier depression: caused by the love between Richie Tozier and Stanley Uris that will never be real. Also is caused because you realize that Stozier will never be real because Stanley is dead and you know you can't do anything about it.

I just finished IT2 again and now I'm with an horrible stozier depression.
