Dignity Eagles are typically mentally challenged, suffer from substance abuse and are often fresh out of prison on parole. You will often see Dignity Eagles strolling aimlessly along South Street in downtown Philadelphia talking loudly to themselves. Dignity Eagles are extremely dangerous and should be avoided.

I was visiting Philadelphia for the first time and I was robbed by a Dignity Eagle with a knife on South Street.
