The feeling of not quite knowing how you feel but knowing its not a good emotion.

A: how are you feeling?
B: 'idk i kinda feel like i have emotional congestion.'
Or 'idk i kinda feel emotionally congested.'

When you are toxic, narcissistic, lack compassion or empathy and lack the ability to see how you affect those around you.

Your emotional B.O. has me staying far away from you, I can actually smell the toxic way you treat others.

emotional jigsaw

A persons emotions are all over the place, like a jigsaw puzzle. The pieces (your feelings) are scattered everywhere. When the pieces of the jigsaw, are finally put back together.... you get a picture of who that person is.

I couldn't go out with him/her!! They're still a emotional jigsaw. When they pull the emotional jigsaw together, I might take them out.
