Typically an annoying person/man/woman who is naggy, whiny, Typically A PAIN IN THE ASS or gives you/ everyone an irritating vibe. But bitch can mean different things. For example: Women are typically called bitches when they act snobby, angry, mean, cruel, aggressive or any bad trait in general when it comes to females but are often classified as bitches for no reason whatsoever but just for being women. Men can be called a bitch for many different reasons. Same applies when men can act annoying or have a bad trait giving others a negative vibe. Calling him Bitch is also a show of anger too. But bitch can also be used to describe men as pussies, crybabies, sissy lalas, etc. So you see basically the word bitch follows up pretty damn well on it's true meaning: FEMALE DOG
