A water wanker is one of those annoying people who uses very frequent breaks for water (and making everyone else wait) as an excuse to avoid/have time to recover because they can't hack a pace of a game/sport/workout.

Can we just play this game please?

Smile Water

Payment for a bottle of water or food while standing in line waiting to vote. Sales of water & food are in kind for a smile.

It was hot standing in line for 8 hours waiting to vote, but thankfully a nice woman sold me a bottle of smile water.
