When someone - who is of fairly high level in a video game, often an FPS - creates another account because they need to flex on people who are just starting the game. Or they want easy some exp and loot boxes.
Person A: "Wait, last time we played, Person C was bronze level?"
Person B: "Yeah. This is their smurf account. They want more loot boxes and achievement unlocks."
Person A: "Huh. What's the point in that if it's not their main account?"
Person B: "Not a clue."
