Memory Arrogance

When the awareness of one's (highly) functional memory keeps one from studying/preparing for an exam in a rational way, usually manifesting itself in binge watching TV shows on Netflix, the discovery of new interests, and Googling random celebrities.

That girl has a serious case of memory arrogance- she thinks she is still going to do well on the exam, but only read the notes once then spent the rest of the night Googling celebrity doppelgangers.

Memosopher

A combination of meme and philosopher

1. a person who constantly shares pictures of practical, yet annoying "life" phrases they find on their social media news feeds.

2. a person who gets all of their advice from other memosophers and will in turn, share their pictures of "life" phrases on their own social media accounts in hopes to gain sympathy or cheap attention from those who are lame enough to relate to them.

3. a person who is commonly hidden from an adult's social media news feed.

"She is my friend and all, but she's been reaching for a lot of attention on Facebook lately and has turned into a real memosopher. I hid her after I left a comment on her latest 'meme philosophy' that no one cares."
