When you meet someone on social media, etc. and you think they are interesting or hot. Then when you meet them in person, they are not all you thought they were.

Guy 1: i met this girl on Twitter and she looked really hot. But when i met her in person she was annoying and wouldnt talk to me

Online Stammer

The act of initially typing a response to a post or discussion, then deleting and re-typing over and over again.

His post made me so angry that originally responded what a dick he was before I realised it made me as bad as him. I re-typed my words so many times before I eventually posted , it felt like I had online stammer.

When basically you pretend you stutter on social media but when your really not stuttering which is sometimes used as making fun of people who stutter

Person 1 : Hey do you like my selfie i took the other day?
Person 2 : Y-Yeah! Its pretty g-great !!
Person 1 : Dude stop online stuttering its just rude af
