The definition of pulling a livya is where you act as if you have nothing left in life and your depressed when you aren't, which guilt trips the person into doing something the other person wants e.g, staying in a relationship with them, it is most commonly used by women in situations.

'Yo did you hear Jessica is pulling a livya on John bro, his life's fucked now'

'Oh dayummm isn't that where you guilt trip them, that must hurt'
