A person who's excicted and usally happy.

This was originally used in Family Guy where Glen Quagmire had Giggity Syndrome which caused him to say "gitty non stop. People in who heard this found it fucking retarded.

"Giggity, fun, chop"

Glen: I'm so giggity that the new Fortnite season dropped!

Peter: No one fucking cares.
