On Loofah

To put something on loofah means no room for getting out of it, more powerful then "on god" and cannot be spoken onto someone else, you have to be fully certain when using it
(Not luffa, loofa)

Situation 1-
Dillon: Bro I love eating In n out
Gavin: Put that on loofah
Dillon: on loofah

Situation 2-
Gavin: on loofah it's gonna rain tomorrow
Dillon: you can't say that because it might not rain

The act of soaping up another inmates beard. Then using said inmates beard like a loofah.
