Double Geranimo

Two people (any combo) sit Indian style with their legs intertwined and give each other foot-jobs. Blind-folded. Rednecks in Monterey, TN perform double Geranimos all the time. If 3 people perform it in a circle it is a triple, 4 then quadruple. If 5-8 people perform it in a circle it is a Pow-Wow. If 9+ people perform this, then it is called a Geranimorgy.

I caught Cheney and Titus double-Geranimoing in the barn last tuesday.

A geronimo shit is a shit taken from a place above the toilet such as the rafters in a cabin. While the poo is in the air the person taking the shit the "crapee" must yell GERONIMO!, hence the name Geronimo Shit
