Neoclean

Share definition
adj. State of cleanliness attained by a dish or glass after it has been pre-washed. The item is practically clean, with just enough dirt left behind to justify it's placement in the dishwasher.
Listen, don't put these dishes away, they're only Neoclean. I'll be right back to load them in the dishwasher.

Neoclassical Rock

When one takes a classical composition and plays it really fast and/or distorted on an electric guitar. Yngwie Malmsteen is the innovator of Neoclassical Rock. It is also much better sounding than regular classical music.

neoclassical

Share definition
A genre of painting which became popular between the 1750s-1850s. It was intended to reflect the classic style of greek and roman art and is known for historical settings, muted colors, and still figures. In general, the subjects look as though they were in the middle of something and completely forgot what it was.
Girl 1: Is The Death of Socrates by David neoclassical?
Girl 2: I would say yes, due to its historical setting, muted colors, and the fact that everyone looks like they have no idea where the fricking frack they are.

neocleous

Share definition
The condition of being fainthearted at the sight of one's own blood, but to frequently participate in bastardous activities involving the pain of others for personal gain. Often thought of as a variant of Arrogant Twittedness.
'Neo' is derived from the Matrix, coining the use of the term as the contrast between behaviors over a matter of hours.

The condition is known most often to occur in those with red hair, while it is also found commonly in obsessive gamers of any sort.
"Dear me, I believe I have developed a case of neocleous."
"The neocleousness of this patient is beyond the borders of human recognition."
"Why did you murder that child?" "I felt a sense of personal incompetence." "Well, sir, you're undoubtedly a neocleac."

A contemporary revival and reinterpretation of classical postmodern themes, adapting them to 21st-century conditions. Neoclassical Postmodernism returns to the founding insights—the critique of grand narratives, the deconstruction of binaries, the emphasis on difference—while applying them to new phenomena: digital culture, algorithmic power, platform capitalism. It's postmodernism for the age of surveillance, of social media, of artificial intelligence. Neoclassical Postmodernism honors the classical tradition while refusing to treat it as scripture, updating its tools for new tasks.
Example: "He'd studied classical postmodernism and loved it. But the world had changed—Foucault hadn't imagined algorithms; Derrida hadn't deconstructed Twitter. Neoclassical Postmodernism gave him tools to apply classical insights to contemporary conditions. The spirit remained; the applications evolved."
