an advanced stage of swamp ass with its most distinguishing characteristic being a painful rash between the buttocks and extending to the base of the testicles. due to the chaffing, walking becomes painful and so does applying water to the affected area during washing.

ass rasp 

a particularly rough turd. one that causes pain to the anal region, causing pain and often some bleeding.

I shouldnt have eaten that popcorn last night. I laid a serious ass rasp this morning. Now my ass is wordtoe up/word.
