When someone swallows and chokes so that the semen is inhaled into the lungs. This would cause the "sticky lung" effect.

My neighbor caught pneumonia from a bad case of sticky lungs in '37.

sticky lung 

a male inserts his phallice too far down the throat of a female, thus when ejaculation occurs, the seamen enters the bronchi and the lungs...thus getting "Sticky Liung!"

I gave her a right sticky lung!
