The uncontrollable clicking caused by the highlighted links in any Wikipedia article, or similar wiki-type website, resulting in hours spent following a chain of subjects not related to the initial search.
"I wanted to research the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Three hours of clicking later, and I'm reading about 'William Howard Taft' and 'Taylor Hanson', and 'Lesbianism in Erotica'. It was a serious case of Wikilepsy."

Webilepsy 

A condition that affects individuals that a prone to spending large amounts of time on the internet. The afflicted will become unresponsive for long periods of time while they surf Wikipedia or Youtube, often to the chagrin of significant others and friends.
Alan's girlfriend broke up with him because he ignored too much while on the computer. He tried to explain that he suffered from webilepsy, but she did not believe him.
