Adjective. Used to describe when something is more difficult then it needs to be, usually done intentionally by design.

This stackpolian project I am doing should have taken 40 minutes max, but here we are, 47 hours later.

A community of marijuana enthusiasts who take time out of their day, to toke up together as a community.

Andys new neighborhood has a dope Smackiliazation. I was visiting for the weekend, and I toked up with the whole block at the community pool.
