A medical condition where someone unironically believes that Wyoming is a real state.

Katelyn: What's wrong with Ronnie? He came up to me and said he wanted to go to Wyoming.
Nathan: Ronnie? Oh, He was diagnosed with Wyomingism, don't mind him.

Wyomingite 

The word Wyomingite means a person that is from the state of Wyoming or the one that has citizenship in that state.

"My friend is a Wyomingite and lives in Wyoming" or "Wyomingites are so cool!"
