A medical condition where someone unironically believes that Wyoming is a real state.

Katelyn: What's wrong with Ronnie? He came up to me and said he wanted to go to Wyoming.
Nathan: Ronnie? Oh, He was diagnosed with Wyomingism, don't mind him.
