Noun: (swizzl' tymer) An older person who is suffering from Dementia-like behavior; a grumpy, old, crazy person. Description of an Old-Timer that is losing his/her mind!

Similar to the twisted shape of a Swizzle stick or a Twizzler.

Grandma lost her keys in the oven again, that old Swizzletimer!
