A coloquial term used by Latin American people that refer to a beautiful and charming Latina woman that knows how to dance and move her body. It was made even more famous recently with the song “La Sandunguera” by Nathy Peluso.

“Look at that girl dancing! Tiene la sadungua”
“Yes, she’s a sandunguera”
