pixietown 

A metaphorical town in which drunk/high people reside. It is a special place for everyone who you're sure, could be seeing pixies.

Realistically, pixietown would be the most dysfunctional, trippy town in the world, full of rainbows, boobs, doritos and anything else that makes pixietown's residents smile, which is pretty much anything colourful and shiny.

Person 1: Dude, Henry's absolutely gone, he's had like 20 cones.
Person 2: Yeah man, he's in pixietown.

Piketown 

A small, quiet, town at the top of Blue Mountain, in Dauphin Country, PA. Piketown has a fire company, an elementary school, 2 churches, a few dozen houses and about the same number of trailer homes. The town has remained fairly unchanged for many years since there has not been new development. A good place to go 4-wheeling and have outdoor parties if you have friends there.

I took a drive through Piketown last week, it hasn't changed in years.
