Spanish term for butt cheeks or little cheeks. Often used to describe a person with a nice butt.

Person 1: Mira, el pinche Marco tiene unas nalguitas bien buenas.(Marco has some nice cheeks)

Person 2: No mames guey! Si estan bien buenas! (DAM yea they are!)
