The highest level of a jerky act. A VERY selfish, manipulative and rude thing. Usually douchebag's display the jerkiest acts. You may also see morons, jackasses, frat boys, jocks, and anyone from New Jersey committing the jerkiest acts.

Caleb: She's not very pretty. I will never give her a chance.
Courtney: That's one of the jerkiest things I've ever heard. Just give her a chance.
