Something that is so fantasitc, that is needs a bigger and better word. Therefore the adjective {fantastic} is added thusly.

Your wedding decor was so incredible, it was beyond words. I can only describe the sight as fantasticalness.

Anything that could be described as fantastic

You might say:

"Check out the fantasticness of that dress!"

instead of

"Check out how fantastic that dress is!"

These things mean the same thing, it's just a good way to make yourself sound a little stupider. Sometimes it's fun to be silly.
