To torture by prolonging what one is expecting. It is eventually given, but the whole time one thinks it won't come.

I promised my friend dinner on his birthday but gave it to him a week later. I totally nakased it.

I decided to nakas my computer after telling my little brother he could used it in 30 minutes.
