Text Creep 

A person who awkwardly looks over your shoulder to read your texts and/or takes your phone and reads through everything.

Text Creep- "ooooo hahaha that was funny!"
Normal Human- "GET OUTA HEAR TEXT CREEP!"

Text Creep- "Can I see your phone?"
Normal Human- "Hells no dude. Everyone knows your a text creep."

Text Creeper 

A person who continues to text you multiple times after you have not responded.

Mike: I was thinking about texting that girl from the party last weekend... Bob: I wouldn't, I hear she's a total text creeper.

Group text creeper 

Someone who is included in a group text but only watches what everyone else says. They never speak to the group only lurk in the shadows and observe.

You ever notice when we’re in group chat how John never contributes anything to the conversation? He’s such a group text creeper!
