Hoing it up 

1. A night out with the girls, where the girls go out and randomly flirt with many different guys. It may involve one or more girls making out with random men in bars. It always involves getting lots of male attention.

2. Going on many dates with many different men

3. Making an article of clothing more provative and more fashionable

Now that Amanda is single she is always out hoing it up.

Amanda is really good at hoing up old concert t-shirts.

Hoing it up 

The term for being a ho or acting like a slut. If you are caught hoing it up you will forever be deemed a slut. So don't do it.

"Hey man, why do you have to ho it up all the time?"

"Dude, I don't ho it up."
