An Irish/American folk group based near Cleveland, Ohio. Their name was born out of the two main genres they play - Folk and Celtic music.

"Man, did you hear Folktic at the pub last night?"

Officially appears in UB40 song, it's a mix of two words: "Fool" and "Politician".
Used by different artists from Jamaica, like Barry Brown...
