(Noun) The person that screws over people to be either hateful, spiteful or just plain stupid.

My manager doesn't like me so he fadooshed me and gave me a crappy task tonight.

can mean anything you want it to, replaces words such as ridiculous. If you had a really random night out on drugs and then realised you were 70 miles from home you might say that the night turned out to be a bit of a fidooshary.
