Fatty-Cat is a person who is being a jerk or mean to another person or situation. It is important to note that being a Fatty-Cat is not a good thing and the use of the word it is only on extreme cases. The word derives from an actual fat cat, since it is known that fat cats are big, mean, and lazy. It is also extremely important to know that SiSi's are know to be more susceptible to be Fatty-Cats.
