Chiddledoo
The (generally) white or brown wrapper of a straw used to protect the drinker from outside bacteria or inflict bodily harm on another.
Person 1: Dude, the waitress left a chiddledoo on my straw!
Person 2: I love when they do that. Now you can make a spit ball out of it.
