the act of nestling within another person's arms, but actively using body parts as a way to highly arouse and sexually stimulate one's partner. These parts can or may include hands, fingers, penis, butt, nipples, elbows and ankles.

Sergio barely remembered last night, and was active cuddling with Jon, who responded by what was later determined to be foreplay.
