'Ello gov'na

A British greeting originated in the southernmost parts of the United Kingdom, most commonly associated with Cockney speakers. It may be interpreted as a lowbrow way of saying "Good day to you." or simply "Hello, sir/miss." and it is thus often used by non-British speakers of English to create a comical effect of sorts, or just to make fun of that specific dialect.
Hello there, Nigel! Smashing to see you, old boy!
