adj. Feeling associated with participating in a questionable act or a crime; sensation that sone thing feels complicit-y even though you yourself didn't do it. Feeling like you're complicit.
He didn't cheat, but he hung out with a friend who did and said nothing to dissuade him, so he felt a little complicit-y.

(noun) A secretive group where members are bound by the dark art of forced complicity and toxic dumping, reminiscent of a witch's coven through shared guilt, peer pressure.

(noun) A secretive group where members are bound by a covert social contract of forced complicity and/or toxic dumping. Within this circle, individuals are entwined in each other's secrets, socially pressured to share or bear witness to personal burdens or misdeeds, and as well as guilt or emotional overload.
