It's a makeup product that women use, to cover up any blemishes or imperfections on their face. They squeeze the mixture out of a foundation tube and then either apply it with a brush, a beauty sponge or their finger.

Foundation lips 

Alot of girls these days seem to lack the funds to buy lipstick, and therefore use Concealor/Foundation to colour thier lips, this is often seen in girls who use alot of foundation on thier face aswell, and so making them look like a tangerine with anemia that only affects thier lips.

foundation line 

Lines that are sometimes present along a womens jawline. This occurs when foundation is the wrong shade or not blended properly, a line then becomes visible at the point where make up face and paisty skin meet.

Barb put on her makeup in the dark and this caused a very visible foundation line.
