When a person attracts people because of their height, even though they are unfortunate looking. A similar term, butter-face for the tall but ugly.

Girl: Omg, did you catch that guy who just started working last week? My God, he has to be 6'7, I think i'm gonna shoot my shot.
Me: Girl Please, have you seen that man's face? It's a good think it's so high in the sky, cuz that man is HEIGHTEOUS.

Someone's fancy way of saying they're fundamentally against what would make someone based, without actually calling themselves unbased or normie. Basically, they call themselves the antithesis of based people.

If not using caps and punctuation is based, then I'm just heightened, man.
