A. Someone who commits to do something then doesn’t do it
B. Wastes your time (usually trying to get something done, work, random things like dropping you off somewhere)
C. Makes excuses about why they never got back to you which you know are just weak (polite) or bullshit (raw)
D. Someone who is wasting or has wasted their life (yet still talks and believes they haven’t) active (they talk as if they are still in the game when they are done and will never change)
