A woman who neglects her kids. Instead of caring for them, she would rather party her life away. Such women often don't have children intentionally and regularly has abortions. They see their children as an inconvenience or as another tool to get attention.

Oh God that Tot Mom Saras's at the bar again! My god she acts like shes 25! I bet she dumped her kids at her parents house, as usual!
