A drug and alcohol abuse program in New Jersey. There are several centers, all in Northern Jersey. For four hours a day, four days a week, "patients" are harassed and bombarded with more rhetorical questions than I thought even existed. After several weeks, patients begin to lie, simply to get out faster. It is not supportive or useful; I would estimate it has a less than 5% success rate. If you're thinking of sending you're kid to rehab, send them anywhere but to this one.

"nah, I can't smoke, I've got high focus this afternoon"
"Oh. would you like me to kill you and take you out of your definite and impending misery?"
"absolutely."

High Focus Records is a British underground rap record label, devoted to resurrecting the UK hip-hop music scene. It was established in 2010, with rappers such as Dirty Dike, Jam Baxter, The Four Owls and Edward Scissortongue signed to the label.
