Guitar Hero endurance 

A measure of one's ability to play extended fast sections in Guitar Hero and Rock Band before before becoming utterly exhausted and not being able to finish the song.
"I can't make it through Raining Blood - I can nail the main section for the first thirty seconds, but then my vision begins to narrow and my lips begin turning blue."

"Dude - sounds like you need to work on your Guitar Hero endurance."

Guitar Hero'd 

When a song is on the game Guitar Hero/ Rock Band, and everyone gets the game, therefore solidifying its popularity and making it a cliche to listen to it anymore.
Bill- Have you ever heard this song before?

Jim- Oh yeah, it was on Guitar Hero!

Putting your index and middle fingers into a woman's vagina and then twiddling them back and forth like you are stringing a guitar.

guitar hero tripping 

The distortion of ones vision due to watching the constant scrolling of the guitar hero screen for an extended period of time. Object generally appear to be stretching upward or swirling in a circular pattern.
Yo i just played Psycho Billy Freakout on hard and now im guitar hero tripping my balls off.

Guitar Hero High 

When playing to much guitar hero and you seem to notice the tv getting stretched out and the walls moving uncontrollably.
Man I had such a Guitar Hero High last night.

guitar hero syndrome 

The technical term for a widespread condtiton resulting from playing Guitar Hero for too long. Symptoms include believing one is seeing furniture and TV screens grow, which results from the constant up and down motion one's eyes make when following notes on the screen. Less scientifically known as Guitar Hero tripping.
"Woah, dude, it looks like that bookcase over there is growing..."
"No, man, you've just got a serious case of Guitar Hero Syndrome. Why don't you stop playing that damn thing and go get some sunlight."
