"Lesboy" is what the term implies; a lesbian boy.

It is valid! Exclusionists are TERFs who can't accept labels + LGBTQ does not have any rules. There is no such thing as invalid in labels.
As someone who identifies as lesboy, I use this label to express my gender, I feel very dysphoric using the word girl.
