Pointe is when a ballerina is dancing on the tips of her toes. Pointe is usually started when young ballet students are about 12 or 13. You need to have strong ankles, and good technique to be able to go on pointe.

The best kind of dance there is. Dancers have special shoes with flat toes to stand on. It requires an incredible amount of time, dedication, strength grace, and pure love of the art. It IS a sport, it IS just as hard as any other sport, and it WILL make you sweat, cry, and bleed. But if you really love it, like I do, you don't care about any of that. You care about the awesome people you meet, the amazing audiences, and the thrilling performances.

She is the best pointe dancer I've ever seen.

pointe feet

The feet of a person who dances en pointe (meaning in ballet, when a person dances on the tips of their toes in pointe shoes). Since pointe can really damage/hurt/blister your feet, pointe feet are usually characterized by blisters, bunions, and general ugliness.

Sarah- "Latoya, you're always wearing sneakers and closed-toed shoes. Why don't you ever wear flip-flops?"
Latoya-"I have pointe feet, and I don't like to show them off."
Sarah-"You mean from doing ballet? Does that make your feet stink or something?"
Latoya-"Lets just say that if 'A thing of beauty is a joy forever', my feet and the feet of the other dancers in my pointe class wouldn't be joys for two seconds in their BEST days.

Pointe-Claire is a town located on the West Island of Montreal, in Canada, it has a population of 31000 and a recent survey shows that 24500 out of 31000 have admitted to having some sort of fetish for the premier of Quebec Francois Legault, and another 5500 have admitted to having wet dreams about a Canadian Prime Minister candidate in the 2021 elections, with 800 for Justin Trudeau, 1250 for Erin O'Toole, 400 for Jag meet Singh, 3000 for Maxime Bernier, and 50 for others.
