1. Peter is coughing on the police while knowing that he has the corona virus, he is being scentenced to jail as a corona cougher.
2. A dickhead that thinks, that he is going to die from the corona virus. So as a sollution he coughs on other people.

A dickhead that tries to infect other people by coughing on them while he knows he has the corona virus, because he is mentally not ok.
