The oldest, most expensive
neighborhood in Bangalore, i.e. the Gangnam of Bangalore. The only comparably expensive
neighborhood is the Lavelle Road/Vittal Mallya Road area in downtown Bangalore. The people who live here are ex-prime ministers, a couple of Wodeyar princesses, a few actors, successful businessmen, and loads of of doctor/lawyer/banker type
professionals.
Sadashivanagar used to be part of the official palace grounds and is now opposite the grounds of the Bangalore Palace. It also has one of the original towers built by Kempe Gowda, the founder of Bangalore.
Even the domestic staff in Sadashivanagar are snooty assholes, everyone has security, and the police suck up to the residents.
