Vagina Handshake

When a female says hello using her vagina.

They will greet people by immediately having sex with them, only to later wonder if they like them or have any interest whatsoever.

You give out vagina handshakes if you have sex before a date has ever even been thought of, usually within the first 24 hours of meeting someone.
