A streamer who fails to understand the most basic instructions, originating from Vinesauce. Yellow paint nor chat can help him as he looks directly at the menu option he needs to click with his mouse right over it. Usually this is paired with the GIGACHAD emote. Often meant to be a joking poke at a streamer who has streamerbrain and not a serious attempt to berate the streamer.
