White Khalifa 

Caucasian college aged male that emulates the nerdy wannabe white loner, black rapper look of Kid Cudi and Wiz Khalifa i.e: beanie, scarf, non-prescription black plastic frames, etc.

Friend1-"Look at that guy...he looks just like some nerdy wannabe white loner, black rapper."

Friend2-"He's a regular White Khalifa."

Friend1-"You just about summed it up."
