Jep 

A noun used to describe somebody who is funny but extremely annoying at the same time. They often tell bad jokes but they are so bad that you find yourself wheezing like a kettle.

Vi: Omg, my Dad told a joke yesterday, I was so bad we were all laughing on the floor.
Harry: God.. he's such a jep!
Vi: That's what I said!
